You can park temporarily there, to do your check-in.

Your unit number will have an S or an N at the beginning to identify the tower.

The lobby is on the left side, right before the exit at Pierce St.

Please present yourself, and your party at the front desk with your ID.

You will be provided with your access cards, and wristbands for the facilities.

| You will pay the registration, resort, and parking fees if you have a car.

The pool and rooftop bar is on the seventh floor of the south tower.

The gym is on the first floor of the north tower.

Many of our units have washers and dryers on them, if yours doesn't, you can use the HamperApp**** application with the coupon code CIELOSTAYS for a discount.

You will find the Wifi password and instructions about your particular room in our guest app.

The beach and famous Hollywood's broadwalk are steps away.

There you will find a variety of restaurants, water sports, bicycle rentals and more.

Make sure you claim your 2 beach chairs included on your stay.

In this video, I will walk through The Tides Resort's arrival procedures, building features, and amenities. The resort has 2 towers, the 3901 and 3801 South Ocean Drive. If you have a vehicle, please proceed to the valet desk and ask for the parking form. Fill it with your car information and proceed to the office to do your registration. The registration office is open 9 am to 5 pm daily for your convenience, if you arrive after hours, just announce yourself at the security desk. Please go to the office the next day to register and get your access to the common areas. ||| When parking, be mindful that parking spaces that say valet only, reserved, or commercial parking spots are not available for guests. All guests need to be registered into the building system prior to the arrival. If you haven't already, please send us a message with all the names of the guests. You can get to the admin office through the rear entrance of the 3901 building where the service elevators are located. At the office you will pay for the welcome package, To access the pool, gym and the beach you will receive a fob. ( there is a charge for each additional fob) If you have a car, you can pay for parking and receive a parking hang tag for your car. A deposit is required and will be refund

Are there any hidden fees @ Costa Hollywood?

No, we do not like surprises for you. The following fees are shown in all our listings, payable at check in to the building management.

Fees payable at check-in and not included in the rate.

Administrative fee of $55.
Parking: Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $42.80/day.
Long Term Parking: If you are staying up to 14 days, it’s $374.75 flat rate. After day 14 rate is 28.62/day.
Resort Fee: You will have to pay a $37.45/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 28 days. For more than 28 days, it's $18.17/day.

These prices include tax.

Access to the Gym
Rooftop Pool
Yoga classes
2 Complimentary Beach Chairs
Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles).
