No, we do not like surprises for you. The following fees are shown in all our listings, payable at check in to the building management.

Administrative fee of $55.
Parking: Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $42.80/day.
Long Term Parking: If you are staying up to 14 days, it’s $374.75 flat rate. After day 14 rate is 28.62/day.
Resort Fee: You will have to pay a $37.45/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 28 days. For more than 28 days, it's $18.17/day.
These prices include tax.

Yoga classes
2 Complimentary Beach Chairs
Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles).
