Many of our properties have washers and dryers. In case yours doesn't, we partnered with HamperAPP, an innovative door-to-door laundry service that will make you feel like in a 5* hotel for very affordable prices. You can download the APP on your phone and use coupon CIELOSTAYS for a discount.
Do you offer late check out?
If we have availability for late check out, you will get an email the day before with the options.
Do you offer early check-in?
Check in starts at 4.00 pm . If we have availability for early check in, you will get an email 1 day before arrival. If you want to guarantee the early check in, you must book previous night.
Do you offer additional discounts?

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
