* Each visitor must purchase a fob for $30 to access all the common areas.
* After purchasing the first one, if more fobs are needed, it would cost $15 each.

* 15 minutes: $5.00
* All day (In and Out): $10.00
* Daily Rate: $5.00
* Overnight rate: $8.00

All Units Include
* One beach umbrella
* Beach towels for your use at the beach
* Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience)

Important:
* There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment.
* Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities.
