Resort Fees

• Daily resort fees: $40.00 Day + TAX
  

• Security Deposit Hold Per Stay: $250.00 (Only Credit Card / Refundable upon check out)
  

• Late check-out after 12:00 PM incurs an additional fee: $40.00 Day + TAX
  

Valet Parking Fees

• 1-7 Days: $35.00 DAY + TAX
  

• 8 Days on: $30.00 DAY + TAX
  

• 3 Hours: $20.00 + TAX. / Each extra hour: $8.00 + TAX
  

• 30 DAY STAY- MONTLY RATE: $650.00 + TAX
  

• LONG TERM STAY (Minimum 6-Month Rental): $480.00 per month + TAX
  

Important information - Policies:

• Dress Code: Mandatory in the lobby ($100 penalty for non-compliance)
  

• Wristbands: Required for access to amenities ($100 penalty if not worn)
  

• Trash Disposal: Proper disposal is enforced ($100 violation fee)
  

• No Smoking: $300 fee if evidence of smoking is found
  

• No Pets
  

• No Parties or Events
  

Wristbands must be worn at all times on property. TO AVOID A $100 VIOLATION

The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
